"I worked in sales and customer service at Fed Ex for 18 years, but I'd always dreamed of having my own shop. In 2009, I started networking, completing paperwork, and preparing to make it happen. Main on October 1, just a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I can't wait to get to work in the mornings."
