"Going through breast cancer treatment was the most difficult time of my life, but I made it with the help of God, family and friends. After my second batch of chemo, I developed neuropathy, which means that some of my nervous system got short-circuited and I had to get a handicap tag for my car. People sometimes say, 'Why are you parking there? You're not disabled', but just because I don't look like I have a handicap doesn't mean I don't have one. I still need the tag, but I'm doing much better now. My work family has been great. They brought us meals for 90 days, gave us tons of gift cards, and prayed for us the whole time I was undergoing treatment."
