"When I was young, my mom and dad gave me a guitar. Not a real one. It was plastic, a toy, and my brothers strummed on it too hard and broke it. I still wanted to play though, so when I got in high school, I got a real guitar and learned well enough to be in a band in Mexico. My kids say I'm pretty good, but I say I'm still learning. I like to do 'Happy Birthday' when the kids have birthdays, and sometimes they dance when I play at home. I bring it with me to the park on days like this so I can practice while I watch my kids play."
